What's coming to the market this week?
Produce-wise, greens such as chard, kale,spinach, arugula, and mustard greens will be in goodsupply as well as endives, escarole,chicory and field salad mix. Root vegetables (beets,carrots, celeriac, potatoes, onions, turnips) andwinter squashes will be in good supply as willbroccoli and cauliflower.

Clackamas Community College is holding its annual Vegetable Gardening Symposium on Saturday January 20th 2007. The symposium includes several workshops, seed sales, book sale and a panel discussion.
